Cancellation Policy
Please note that if we have to cancel the training course for any reason, we aim to give you a minimum of 3 working days notice.
If you should decide to cancel your reserved place, we require a week’s notice (7 days before the training date) and there would be no charge. However if we are notified of the cancellation with less than a week's notice, please note that cancellation charges would apply:
Notice of cancellation 5 - 3 working days - half the course fee would be charged
Notice of cancellation less than 3 working days - the full course fee would be charged
